Trip to Los Mallos is a must every time I visit Huesca,sunset is always spectacular, I often stay at Camping Anzinago around 15 miles distant

Went along here in July 08. First section out of Huesca is very straight (not included in area highlighted by placemarks).

The road follows the edge of a valley, below which is the river. Nice fun corners, with good view down into the river (and onto surrunding mountains), which is popular with kayaks. After that its over a relatively narrow ridge and then on with more corners.

If you want to use this road, id do it sooner rather than later as they are talking of building a dam, which will flood this valley - not sure when its going to happen.

Castle at Loarre is definitely worth a look - adult - 2.5euros

I disagree with the poor valoration existing.
Its a very nice route, with three different kind of roads and sights. Dont miss los mallos de Riglos spectacular!
I like it very much and use to do it at least once a year.

Nice road worth a look at if the weather turns bad in the Pyrenees or you fancy some thing a bit more flowing rather than mountian passess.
