Ruta perfecta, subidas, bajadas, horquillas, curvas ciegas, barrancos, curvas rápidas, poco trafico, vistas increibles. Precaución con los guardarrailes de madera y de piedra que te encontraras a lo largo de la ruta. Procura evitar el sol de frente. La gente de la zona es muy amable.
Lovely stretch of tarmac that offers something for everyone, from the wide open corners to the real tight downhill hairpins and blind exit tunnels. Stop in Broto for a bevvie and relish what you have just done. Then continue on to Barbastro and you'll think you've died and gone to heaven.
rode this section in sept 07 and i,m glad i did i cannot recommend the n260 enough go and ride it
We rode this in April 07. From our hotel in Ainsa we headed west to Biescas with a very worthwhile detour to Torla (see the snap with the church) A mixture of narrow bumby roads, fast smooth ones, and a great mountain section which is very good fun. As stated, Broto can get busy. After dinner in Torla the sun came out for the first time in a week and with rapidly drying roads we had a great afternoons ride.
I've done this road a couple of times heading east towards Barcelona. A really good ride - some flat out blasts and some nice twisty bits, and generally well surfaced. Continue east on N260/N152 for more of the same.
A very good road that offers some nice scenary, some great turns and a short tunnel section through the mountain. Can be busy around Broto (or at least in Spanis terms). Well worth a look.
