Be careful if you ride this and other similar canyon bottom routes after any rain fall. The chance of encountering a mudflow crossing or just covering a road is very high. Even after it´s shoveled off the sand left across road in a turn can be a crash in no expected. This route is a great ride, but not to take during or just after heavy rainfall due to mudflows onto roadway.

Beginning at the turn-off from I-70, near the lost city of Cisco. Fantastic scenery running along the Colorado River, like riding along the bottom of a small Grand Canyon. See also my video
