Like a farm road and often just a 1 lane path. Scenery and change in elevation is a 5 too bad the road is in disrepair - patchy and bumpy. Still well worth it. Road it on a HD Road King

This is a very enjoyable road, but rather goaty. The road is narrow and rough, and while I love it, it will not be everyone's cup of tea. However, it's uncrowded, it's challenging and playful, and I've never been held up by traffic on it. It's a great run up to Paso Robles from the coast!
