Great way to blow off an hour. Duck pond from cawood through ryther is great little tight bends but no bushes so you can see everything for a mile or so, be careful though, recently resurfaced (aug 2011), it'll be like an ice rink for a bit!! There can be quite a police presence at times (particularly hiding in the bushes on the stretch between the a19 and cawood)
