be warned. the surface on the 712 is loose chippings in places (especially one or two apexs) i know, it caused me to slip, high side, crash and write my bike off in june 2011.

Not been much beyond NS, but the road to there is good fun with some nice twisties en route :)

forgot to mention, keep an eye out for the wildlife, lots of deer running about

beautiful route avoiding the main road towards england, plus there is an awesome coffee shop who is really biker friendly in new galloway beside the river
