A great road that changes character a number of times through different sections. There a fast open sections, wide switch backs going up and down the hill sides an sections cut directly into the rock. The surface is great and visibility is easily good enough to allow for very fast progress. A road that will challenge and reward and will bring a big smile to your face.

A great road to have a blast on before going through the Gorge du Verdon. Fast sweepers, tighter corners over bridges, very little traffic out of peak season and easy to pass anyway. Highly recommended and ideal for putting in as part of a day ride using the route napoleon via Grasse.
