A fantastic route! Murat is a lovely town and the first part of the ride from there to the Puy Mary is very pleasant.Once at the summit the views are breathtaking, there´s also a nice cafe that´s worth stopping off at.
After refreshment continue down the other side in to the valley and on to Salers,one of Frances most beautiful villages famous for it´s breed of cattle who´s milk produces the regional cheese of the same name.
It´s a great ride there and back. Would highly recommend it if you´re in the area.
