Once in Lachute, the 329 winds through the lower laurentians, small towns, lakes and rivers. plan a picnik on the lake at St Adolphe d´Howard across from the church. Just keep your eyes on this windy road or end up on your ass in the ditch!
on the way back, from St Calixte, more rural roads through the Lanaudière region give this route a strong finish.
