For Turns! This road is in my backyard and I love it for the turns, they are excellent. It can have traffic, both cars, driveways and pedestrians, so you need to be careful but man the turns are great for 5-6 miles. Take this off HWY 35 then head through Parkdale for a more interesting route to Hood River then Rt35 the whole way BMWf800gs

The Cooper Spur Road leading up to the ski area in this region is worth a look, there are also many other twisty side roads off the 35 which are a delight to explore in your own time (Although not all are suited to road bikes! :-)) Enjoy
