If you're in the Pinckney (Hell, MI) area you definitely need to check your map and hit up the local side roads. Glenbrook Rd is one of my favorites. It's a nice winding, vertically adjusting, road that allows for just enough cornering and straight-aways to keep your adrenaline pumping. This road definitely requires some practice though and taking your time is the best way to stay safe. Take 2 back-forth laps of the road and scan for debris. There is one turn, a 90 degree turn, that is NO joke. Take it easy, 20-25mph max. The turn has a gravel/sand shoulder that cars can pull onto, and the last thing you want is to be dragging knee and low-side on some sand that a car trailed onto the road. The number one rule I have for this route is LOOK AHEAD. Read the tree-lines that border the road and you'll never have to think twice about what's on the other side of the hill.
