Probably the best ride yet for Western/Central Florida. There are zero cars and you feel like you have the whole area to yourself (on a Sunday). Corners are virtual right angles so watch your speed. There are handful of railroad tracks so slow down or it will launch you from your seat! At Hooker Mine/Junction, three roads meet at railroad tracks. Pull over and just listen to the breeze and watch the vultures fly overhead. You will truly feel a sense of solitude that´s much needed in these parts.

This is a very good sport bike and sport touring route. Very little traffic, challenging curves and fast sweepers. Great places to stop in Bartow when you need a break, gas, food or a drink. Common MSTA (motorcycle Sport Touring Association) route. Other very good roads south and east that can be linked up for a fairly long loop.
