Really good fun, long enough sections to overtake, loads of bends and hills, a shame it doesn go on for longer, compared to a lot of other roads around the area and on exmoor the surface is good.

Too right, Orson - I forgot about this road from a 2005 ride from Aberdeen to Lands End. its a mighty fine stretch of road. Stop and enjoy Bickleigh, but then carry right on to Dunster. Its a brilliant ride following the river with fine flowing turns. Mid-May and very little traffic.

I live only a about 6 miles from Bickleigh and never knew this road was there until about 6 months ago........For me its a real detour to go this way to reach Crediton.....but now I have found it then I use it when ever I get a chance...its s real Gem.....Peter

Located between the Dartmoor and the Exmoor, a pleasant bit of twisty tarmac through the picturesque Devon countryside. The village of Bickleigh is stunning in its idyllic beauty.
