I agree with Paul's comments, I've ridden this route a few times, and it's a nice ride out, flows quite well and keeps you engaged.

Once out of Hythe the back roads through Lympne, Aldington, Ruckinge to Ham Street, then Tenterden are pretty good with some decent corners. The road surface in places can be a poor but a decent eye can avoid thw worst. From Tenterden to Goudhurst is a little better with a few villages to slow down through but mostly open road. The fianl but is the A21 dual carriageway and fat but not without some danger from prats in cars and coppers.
