Not as spectacular as the Military Road on the coast, but joins it in Freshwater and has especially nice views going west. Starts at Carisbrooke Castle (worth a look with it´s donkey powered well, Roman Fort etc) and ends at the Red Lion in Freshwater which does reasonable food.
