I read another review of this route and I was worried about the single track roads. Dont be! This isnt England with hedges or dry stone walls to block your view and hide cars or tractors, these are very open roads with fantastic visibility. You can often see the road ahead for miles. Go to Scotland and try this road you wont be disappointed!

Although a lot of this route is on single track A roads with passing places they are well surfaced and open so that you can see for miles.Utterly brilliant and if the weather is good you will never want to leave
