Found this route in the book "Las mejores rutas en moto por espana, portugal y todo el pirineo" and travelled the route in summer 2018. This route is utterly stunning in terms of scenery and cornering. Some sections have slightly poor surfaces, most are good. Police presence is very low. Yes, I know the Pyrenees have awesome routes like the N260 which is as good as this one. You won't be disappointed.
