Fantastic scratchers road. Especially now they have the traffic lights in at the Motueka end. If you go to the front of the que, when they go green you will have 15 minutes of riding with no traffic in front of you.

I´ve ridden almost all of the South Island of New Zealand and this section of road takes first place for the most fun time of them all.

It has so many great corners linked together through almost 30 kilometers of mountainous road, and all of it topped with a creamy smooth asphalt surface.

There´s even some of the most spectacular scenery to be had along the way(if you care to slow down enough to look).

Book a night in Motueka because you´ll just want to spend the entire day here going back and forth till you´ve stripped all of the tread from your tires.
